Early Lory: Early Lory is an early variety with a dark red skin color and medium firmness. It is interesting for its appearance, size and flavorful fruit;
Giorgia: It is an early-mid season variety well-suited to various zones, produces fruits that are large in size, with a bright to dark red skin and a very firm pulp promoting a very good shelf-life;
Big Lory: Big Lory is a mid-season variety with a very large size, glossy dark red skin, flavorful fruit, very good firmness and a low susceptibility to cracking;
Celeste: It is a mid-season large variety with an intense wine-red skin, red flesh of medium firmness. Its flavor is good, sweetness reaches more than 13┬░Brix. The fruit is also very aromatic;
Simcoe: A mid-season cherry variety with a very large size, dark red skin, very firm flesh tolerating transport for long distances, pleasant slightly acidic flavor and a low susceptibility to cracking;
Van: A mid-season variety. The Van cherry’s surface is smooth and rounded, with a lustered deep red to black finish. The fruit’s flavor is rich and concentrated with overt sweetness balanced by a touch of acidity. Its flesh is firmly textured and juicy when ripe, just barely smaller than the Bing cherry;
Canada Giant: Canada Giant is a mid-season variety with a large size, shiny intensely red skin, very firm and juicy flesh, good flavor and a very low susceptibility to cracking;
Bing: Bing is a mid-season variety. Fruits are large, dark, firm and tasty. This cherry variety ships well, but there is some susceptibility to rain-induced cracking;
Ferrovia: This is a mid-late season variety. The fruit of Ferrovia is with large size, bright red skin, firm flesh, good flavor and quite juicy;
Kordia: Kordia is a mid-late season variety. It is one of the most appreciated varieties. It has a medium to large size, deep purple to black skin color, very firm flesh promoting a considerable shelf-life, unique taste characteristics and a very low susceptibility to cracking;
Katalin: Katalin is a mid-late season variety with a red to mahogany skin color, a pleasant, sweet-acid taste. Resistant to cracking and with good firmness. Stems are very long, facilitating easy harvest of consistently heavy crops;
Skeena: Skeena is a late-season variety with large size, bright to dark red skin, flesh of medium firmness and a good flavor. The fruit needs coverings as it shows some susceptibility to rain-induced cracking;
Regina: Regina is a late-season variety. It is among the strongest varieties available on the market. It reaches a dark red color, very flavorful flesh, medium to large size, outstanding fruit firmness and a very low susceptibility to cracking;
Sweetheart: Sweetheart is a very late-season variety with a large size, intense bright red skin, very firm flesh, juicy and a very good flavor. Susceptibility to cracking is very low;
Late Lory: This cherry variety ripens very late prolonging the cherry season to its limits. It has a large size, intense bright red skin, flesh of medium firmness and a very good flavor. Susceptibility to rain-induced cracking is very low;
